Put the full URL in the first sentence if the message is about a page. Attach a screenshot if something is visually broken. One topic per email is easier to route than a five-issue novel.
A useful message has…
- Your name and the email we should reply to.
- For copyright complaints: the work you own, the URL here, and a good-faith statement.
- One request per message when you can — corrections separate from partnership pitches.
- For privacy requests: which right you are exercising, in plain words.
We do not give professional legal, medical, financial, or tax advice over email. Those questions belong with a licensed person in your jurisdiction.
Working time, not chatbot time
Urgent safety or legal process still goes to [email protected], with a clear subject. We are not a 24/7 hotline.
Partnerships, press, and takedowns
Who should not use this inbox: recruiters scraping, SEO vendors selling 500 posts a week, and anyone attaching an executable. Those messages get deleted.
